What do Bedrock Society Adjusters do?

A Public Adjuster is an insurance adjuster that represents families NOT the insurance company. When you have a loss, they bring in or utilize an expert  Adjuster to protect their interests... you should bring your own! At Bedrock Society Adjusters we work to represent families throughout the entire claims process or help families that have already been paid, recover the money the insurance company "forgot" to pay.

New losses

We charge 15% to adjust your claim, handle all insurance related communication, inventory your contents, and work to ensure you get every dollar you are entitled to often translating to tens and sometimes even hundreds of thousands more in claim settlement dollars.

Old losses

If your loss (fire, flood, major property damage) happened less than 12 months ago, we will review your claim then work to re-open qualified claims to pursue funds you were originally entitled to, but never received.

WHY CLAIMS
GET UNDERPAID

How Insurance Companies Profit

Insurance Companies Make Money from Premium Payments and Lose Money From Claim Payments

Collect ongoing premiums from policyholders as steady revenue

Bank on clients being under informed

image of investment plans

Adjusters Work for the Insurance Company

These are facts. What's also true is that their adjusters work for them, not for you. The logo on their shirts is a dead give away!

Loyalty shown by company logos and directives

Adjusters are employees or contractors paid by the insurer

The Conflict of Interest

Insurance companies are for‑profit, billion‑dollar businesses that lose money when they pay claims.

Underpayments directly boost their bottom line

For-profit companies prioritize shareholder returns

Unprepared & Uninformed

Most families never hire their own adjuster and even use vendors the insurance company recommends. Families are often underpaid because the deck is stacked against them. They even often advise policy holders not to work with anyone they don't approve.

Insurance policies are dense and hard to interpret alone

Critical policy details are rarely explained upfront

Vendor choices are guided, not neutral

What is a Society Adjuster?

A society adjuster is a licensed public adjuster, an insurance claim expert who works for you, not the insurance company. We evaluate, document, and negotiate your claim to help you receive the maximum payout you're entitled to under your policy. Most insurance companies send their own adjuster, who works for them. We level the playing field and protect your interests.

Do I really only pay if you recover more money for me?

We audit your settlement, validate underpayment, and document findings. If funds are missed, we recover them, proof, not argument.

How much do you charge?
  1. New Claims: We charge 15% of the final settlement.
We handle everything from day one - writing the estimate, managing communication, and negotiating every dollar.
  2. Post-Settlement Claims: We charge 35% of any new money we recover above your original payout. You keep 100% of what you were already paid - we only take a percentage of the extra money we find.
What documents do I need to get started?

It’s easy.

For a free claim audit, we just need:

  1. Your insurance policy or declaration page
  2. Any correspondence or estimates from the insurance company
  3. Any photos or videos of the damage
  4. Any receipts or invoices for repairs or belongings

You can upload everything securely through our platform in just minutes.

What if my insurance claim was already paid or closed?

Perfect - that’s exactly when we can help.

We specialize in post-settlement audits. In many cases, families were underpaid by tens of thousands of dollars. We’ll review your file, identify missing or undervalued items, and fight to recover the money you were originally owed.

You pay nothing up front, and only pay a fee if we succeed.

What types of claims do you handle?

We specialize in large-loss residential and commercial property claims, including:

  1. Fires
  2. Floods & water damage
  3. Hurricane, tornado & windstorm damage
  4. Smoke, mold & structural loss
  5. Contents/inventory loss (belongings)

If it involves damage to your home or business, we can likely help.

What if my claim was denied?

If your claim was wrongfully denied, we may be able to help you reopen it. We’ll audit the denial and assess whether there’s a strong case for challenging the decision. Claim denial doesn’t always mean it’s over. Let us give it a second look - for free.

How long does a claim audit take?

Our free claim audits are usually completed within 3–5 business days after receiving your documents. If we find underpayment, we’ll explain the issues and walk you through next steps - no pressure, no obligation.

Can I just wait and call you after I get my insurance check?

Absolutely, and in fact, that’s a smart option if you’re still unsure. Once you receive your settlement, we’ll perform a post-settlement review to check for missing money.

Remember: You only pay us if we get you more.
No risk. No upfront cost.
