FAQs

Direct guidance on claim audits and recovery.

What is a Society Adjuster?

A society adjuster is a licensed public adjuster, an insurance claim expert who works for you, not the insurance company. We evaluate, document, and negotiate your claim to help you receive the maximum payout you're entitled to under your policy. Most insurance companies send their own adjuster, who works for them. We level the playing field and protect your interests.

Do I really only pay if you recover more money for me?

We audit your settlement, validate underpayment, and document findings. If funds are missed, we recover them, proof, not argument.

How much do you charge?
  1. New Claims: We charge 15% of the final settlement.
We handle everything from day one - writing the estimate, managing communication, and negotiating every dollar.
  2. Post-Settlement Claims: We charge 35% of any new money we recover above your original payout. You keep 100% of what you were already paid - we only take a percentage of the extra money we find.
What documents do I need to get started?

It’s easy.

For a free claim audit, we just need:

  1. Your insurance policy or declaration page
  2. Any correspondence or estimates from the insurance company
  3. Any photos or videos of the damage
  4. Any receipts or invoices for repairs or belongings

You can upload everything securely through our platform in just minutes.

What if my insurance claim was already paid or closed?

Perfect - that’s exactly when we can help.

We specialize in post-settlement audits. In many cases, families were underpaid by tens of thousands of dollars. We’ll review your file, identify missing or undervalued items, and fight to recover the money you were originally owed.

You pay nothing up front, and only pay a fee if we succeed.

What types of claims do you handle?

We specialize in large-loss residential and commercial property claims, including:

  1. Fires
  2. Floods & water damage
  3. Hurricane, tornado & windstorm damage
  4. Smoke, mold & structural loss
  5. Contents/inventory loss (belongings)

If it involves damage to your home or business, we can likely help.

What if my claim was denied?

If your claim was wrongfully denied, we may be able to help you reopen it. We’ll audit the denial and assess whether there’s a strong case for challenging the decision. Claim denial doesn’t always mean it’s over. Let us give it a second look - for free.

How long does a claim audit take?

Our free claim audits are usually completed within 3–5 business days after receiving your documents. If we find underpayment, we’ll explain the issues and walk you through next steps - no pressure, no obligation.

Can I just wait and call you after I get my insurance check?

Absolutely, and in fact, that’s a smart option if you’re still unsure. Once you receive your settlement, we’ll perform a post-settlement review to check for missing money.

Remember: You only pay us if we get you more.
No risk. No upfront cost.
